Why is the time now to partner with Workdek?

The regulatory environment is changing.  The focus is moving toward prevention over arrest.

An independent assessment has quantified the productivity case.

A national group builder has written safety decking into its method statements. Builders are increasingly asking for Workdek.

Control Workdek in your territory: franchise

An exclusive, protected territory, the Workdek brand, and an established operation behind you. You do not need to be a builder — you need to understand your local building market and be good with people.

  • An exclusive territory, protected under the franchise agreement.
  • Full use of the Workdek brand, and the benefit of national campaigns.
  • Start-up training, plus ongoing technical and business development support.
  • Exclusive rights to national client work within your territory.
  • Wholesale product pricing.

The commercial detail is in the prospectus.

Add Workdek to the business you already run

If you already do scaffold, netting, fencing or site services, you have the trucks, the crew, the relationships and the site access. What you may not have is a fall prevention product to put alongside what you offer. You keep your own business and your own name.

  • Trade under your own name, endorsed as a Workdek Partner.
  • Non-exclusive territory, based on where your business is based.
  • Colour-differentiated Workdek product, at licensee pricing.
  • Onboarding training, product updates and compliance guidance.

The commercial detail and full terms are in the prospectus.

Where we are, and where we are not

Workdek operates in five New Zealand regions today. Every other territory is available, and we are moving into Australia.

Operating now: Auckland · Waikato · Taranaki · Wellington · Canterbury.

Available: Every other New Zealand region, including Northland, Bay of Plenty, Gisborne, Hawke's Bay, Manawatū-Whanganui, Nelson / Tasman, Marlborough, West Coast, Otago, Southland.

Coming soon: Australia.

A franchise territory is exclusive and protected. A Workdek Partner territory is non-exclusive.

Tell us where you are interested and we will tell you what is possible there.

The next steps

1. Enquire — reach out and share some information about yourself.

2. We send you the prospectus — it contains the commercial detail for both models. 3. Meet on site and experience Workdek - meet the founders, meet existing partners, meet builders using Workdek.

4. You decide — work through the detail with your advisors and choose whether either model fits.

Request the prospectus

The prospectus sets out both models, what is involved in running a Workdek operation, and the commercial terms. Tell us a little about you and we will send it through.

Scaffold, netting, fencing, site services, building, or something else.

We use these details to send the prospectus and to follow up. Commercial terms are set out in the prospectus rather than on this website.
